**Maintenance Technician** **Job Overview:** As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for conducting maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs to uphold the safety and functionality of our equipment and systems. **Duties:** - Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment - Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues - Perform repairs on hydraulics, industrial electrician systems, and welding equipment - Utilize technical knowledge to address field service requests promptly - Maintain accurate records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Operate scissor lifts safely for elevated maintenance tasks - Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations **Experience:** - Proficiency in English for effective communication - Hands-on experience with ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics - Technical sales knowledge to assist in equipment procurement - Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems - Familiarity with scissor lift operation and safety protocols *Skills:* - Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment - Experience with hydraulics, industrial electrician systems, welding, and scissor lifts - Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance tracking - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills *Note:* This job description outlines primary responsibilities and qualifications but may not encompass all duties assigned by the supervisor.
