What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a leader to join our rapidly growing business. We take passion to our desserts and expect our leaders to match our level of artisan. To thrive here at HCF you must be a dessert artisan. You must be a customer centric person who is excited to go above and beyond to delight customers and provide the best experience possible. Our goal is for customers to walk in happy and leave delighted! You'll be balancing managerial responsibilities while also working on the dessert line alongside the team during busy shifts. Delegation will be critical to your success, we want you to live your best life and in order to do so you need a dependable team under you. We are seeking someone with a passion for customer service, someone who wants to join us and ride our success wave with us. We are not stopping anytime soon, who wants to jump in and have some fun? Seriously! It's chocolate and ice cream!

Requirements:

5 years of retail/customer service management experience

Strong organizational, meticulousness, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor the team guiding them to become the best team member and best person

Open Availability to work weekends and busy shifts

Responsibilities

Help grow a successful, multi-million dollar business: drive sales by leveraging your business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills

Maintain a meticulous level of organization and cleanliness

Motivate, inspire and lead the team of Hamptonites

Nurture talent & lead a team: develop your team's skills so that they realize their personal best, both as individuals and as a team

Building a strong team of leaders and brand ambassadors who are able to perform at a high level

Scheduling, Payroll, P&L, Inventory Management

Manage BOH team, making sure the front is prepped for the week
