Job Purpose:
To perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and checkout of guests, which contributes to an overall positive experience.
Job Responsibilities:
· Greet, register, and provide service to all incoming & outgoing guests.
· Answer reservation requests, change requests, and cancelations in a timely manner.
· Coordinates with fellow departments to meet and exceed guest satisfaction.
· Answer all guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services and local attractions.
· Assist in developing employee morale.
· Respond to all guests' requests, problems, complaints and/or incident presented at the Front Desk or through Reservations, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
· Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and other employees.
· Ensure that all Front Desk staff adhere to payment, cash, and paid out procedures during each shift.
· Ensure and enforce all Front Desk Agents are in proper uniform attire.
· Maintain a visibly clean and orderly Front Desk and Pantry area.
· Enforce all standard Hilton practices, package handling, and guest safety procedures.
· Conduct team trainings and address areas of opportunity.
· Act as a Manager on Duty when required.
· Monitor all V.I.P.'s, special guests and requests.
· Takes responsibility of supervising the F&B outlets in the absence of the Operations Manager.
