Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments such as industrial, custodial, hotel, or hospitality settings.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to meet overall facility cleanliness standards

Skills:

- Proven experience in industrial cleaning, custodial services, hotel housekeeping, or related field
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and products
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and customers
