Hampton Inn Downtown Fort Myers is Hiring a Valet Parking Attendant Near Fort Myers, FL

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Parking Attendant to join our team. The Parking Attendant will be responsible for ensuring efficient parking services and maintaining a positive experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

- Direct vehicles to available parking spaces
- Collect parking fees and provide guests with payment receipts
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about parking services
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of parking facilities
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment
- Manage traffic flow during peak hours

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests
- Hospitality mindset to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in cash handling and working with cash registers
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (nice-to-have)
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for assisting diverse guests (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with guest services and retail math concepts
- Previous experience in valet parking or delivery driving is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
