Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure their stay is enjoyable and memorable. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and operating phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
