Hampton Inn Seattle - Airport is Hiring a Hotel Night Auditor Near SeaTac, WA

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a reputable hotel. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. The shift for this position is from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Duties:
- Perform night audit functions including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and handling guest inquiries.
- Check-in late arrivals and assist guests with check-outs during the night shift.
- Monitor and respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of room inventory and financial transactions.
- Ensure the security of the premises by conducting regular property walks and monitoring surveillance cameras.
- Collaborate with the front desk staff to ensure exceptional guest service throughout the night.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management software for night audit procedures.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests.

Job Duties:

  • Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests
  • Greet and check guests into and out of the hotel
  • Handle all guest requests and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
  • Run all necessary night audit reports
  • Must be flexible in schedule: Positions could be mornings or nights, including Weekends and Holidays
  • Answer phones

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Be outgoing and friendly
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
