SUMMARY: Responsible for properly greeting guests, checking guest in and out of the hotel, computing, verifying and recording numerical data for accounting records, working with Sales Team to ensure rooming lists are entered and group rooms are blocked correctly, as well as updating the system in preparation for the nightly account reconciliations. Also performs front desk responsibilities for evening/overnight shifts.
