Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of our establishment. and to assist the Executive .The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including training and scheduling
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all rooms and public areas
- Implement and maintain cleaning procedures to meet health and safety standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or similar setting
- Knowledge of floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations
