We are currently accepting applications for Guest Service Agents. As the friendly face of our hotel, GSA's must have a relatable personality and the desire to work with people. As a part of our Front Office Team, Guest Service Agents are responsible for communicating in a welcoming and efficient manner, while ensuring our guests needs are our top priority.
Qualified applicants must be Friendly, Authentic, Caring, and Thoughtful. This is a rotating shift including 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, weekends and holidays. A passion for guest services, ability to work unsupervised, and a stead work history are necessary. Previous reception/hotel experience is preferred but not necessary.
