Night Auditor
Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Handle guest check-outs and process payments
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Operate phone systems and transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with guest relations and resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
