SUMMARY

Keeps hotel, or motel in clean and orderly condition and tends furnace, air conditioner, and boiler to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintains Hotels, and performs routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.

Replaces air conditioner filters.

Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.

Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk.

Mows lawn, trims shrubbery, and cultivates flowers.

Awareness of safety hazards that can be created while working and correct action taken to ensure safety.

As part of Maintenance cleanup, duties could include: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, public space, offices, and Guest Rooms.

Provides any needed preventive maintenance to hotel building and within facility.

SUMMARY

Serves patrons of lavatories in store, public building, hotel, or similar establishment by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provides soap and towels, and performs related services.

Replenishes rest room supplies.

Scrubs lavatory, floors, walls, mirrors, and fixtures.

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
