We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
- Repair and install parts as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Provide excellent customer service to coworkers and guests of our facilities.

```Qualifications```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Experience with electronics a plus.
- Basic electrical and plumbing skills a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
