Will repair and maintain diesel (primarily), electric, propane, and gasoline industrial equipment. Will be expected to supply their own tools (wrenches, ratchets, sockets, screwdrivers, etc.). HoursMonday-Thursday, 500am-330pm. Wage $36.98 per hour. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site’s target goals. Ability to earn more money after base wage is determined by when you are proficient in specified tasks. JOB FUNCTIONS
Practice safe work habits & comply with all company work & safety standards.

Capable of walking around ladders, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Follow Company lockout, safety, and work standards.
Operate machinery in a safe manner so injury does not occur to operator or any employee in the area.
Attend any training necessary to maintain/upgrade performance.
Repair diesel, propane, gasoline, and electrical motors.
Read schematics and parts diagrams.
Repair brake systems.
Keep records on equipment.
Notify supervisor of any problem that arise during the shift.
Train any employees as assigned by supervisor, including Napavine Mechanic
Research part information and work with vendors to negotiate the best pricing possible and manage warranty of parts purchased.
Manage shop inventory and oversee vendor managed inventories
Must be willing to work overtime as necessary.
Snow removal/salting when needed
Communication with operator’s when necessary to help assist with ownership of their machines.
Available for calls during off-shift hours to assist in arranging coverage or assistance
EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIREDTwo years minimum experience required primarily repairing, servicing, and maintaining diesel powered industrial equipment. Will also be required to repair, service, and maintain electric, propane, and gasoline powered industrial equipment. Diesel Technology School will be taken in consideration for a portion of practical work experience. Supplying tools will be required. Washington State Driver’s license required. Must hold and maintain a current Hampton PIT authorization and a current First Aid/CPR certification. PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
