Your day-to-day as a Support Coordinator - Child and Adolescent Developmental Services
As a Child and Adolescent Support Coordinator at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will ensure the continuity of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing individualized support plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance services for children and adolescents.
