We are currently partnering with a Leading Software focussed Growth Equity fund, who are looking to add an associate to their team based in San Francisco.

Role Description

- Play an active role in sourcing and execution of new deals in the software space. 

- Work closely with founder owned, bootstrapped companies, investing between $30-100m.

- Create and oversee financial models and assessments for potential investments.

- Conduct thorough market research to stay up to date with the latest trends.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience, in either Investment Banking or Private Equity Investments.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

- Strong financial modelling skills.

- Strong communication skills.
