We are currently partnering with a leading growth equity fund, who are looking to add an associate to their team based in New York, focussing on investments in software and tech-enabled services.

Note - this will be for a Summer 2025 start.

Role Description:

• Play an active role in sourcing and executing new deals in the software and tech-enabled services space.
• Create and oversee financial models and assessments for potential investments.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay up to date with the latest trends.
• Strong growth prospects with opportunity to progress through to Partner.
• Hybrid working with 4 days in office per week.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity Investments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
