Job Summary
The EDI Coordinator oversees Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes between a company in streamlining data exchange, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining strong business relationships with trading partners.
EDI Coordinator Immediate Supervisor : IT Director
Job Responsibilities
- Initiating and maintaining trading partner relationships
- Monitoring and troubleshooting EDI transactions
- Implementing customer changes and requests
- Collaborating with internal departments
- Testing and auditing EDI systems
- Maintaining EDI documentation and records
- Assist team members and help in other areas as directed by supervisor or management
Qualifications
- Passion for superior service and helping others
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Consistency and reliability
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Must possess excellent written, strong communication skills, and phone etiquette
- Organization and time management skills
- Technical proficiency in EDI systems, including knowledge of EDI standards, AS2, SFTP, EDI Documents including 850, 810, 856, 820, 855, 811
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with EDI software and tools
