Category Building Services - 8071 Description JOB SUMMARY : During fair weather, cleaning outdoors, cleaning up property, picking up and disposing of trash, picking up parking lot and garage areas. During poor weather, will provide basic maintenance assistant; cleaning storage spaces, cleaning mechanical rooms. QUALIFICATIONS : ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions. Must be able to communicate information clearly in conversation and written form. Must be able (after training) to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Must be able to work at heights up to 30 feet. Must be able to use basic hand tools. Must work well with others. EXPECTED BEHAVIORS: Must have consistent attendance Must be able to work under minimal supervision Position Requirements EXPECTED BEHAVIORS : Temperament - ability to perform a variety of changing duties, to get along with maintenance personnel, nurses, patients, and other employees.
