Handcraft Mattress Company is a manufacturer of custom yacht mattresses and linens since 1986. We are looking for an Office Manager/Admin Assistant in our Florida facility, any boating experience would be great. Individual must be able to multi-task with many responsibilities. We are looking for a dependable, punctual, self-motivated, detail oriented, professional individual with good customer service skills. Duties include answering customer/vendor service calls; generating customer quotes/invoices; coordinating Shipping/Receiving/Billing (including online freight quotes/bids); Production schedule; Filing/Labels; MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN QUICKBOOKS, MS Office, Salesforce, Excel.
