Job Summary:
This position provides timely and knowledgeable customer service to rental customers both over the phone and in person at the rental counter. The customer service rep maintains a thorough knowledge of Handyman’s rental inventory as well as company policies regarding sales and finance. This key position is primarily responsible for delivering the outstanding service our customers have come to associate with the Handyman brand.

This position requires a proven positive attitude toward customers, coworkers, and work. A valid, insurable driver’s license is required. Basic customer service skills are necessary. The employee must be able to read, write, and understand English. Basic working knowledge of technology including computers, phones, and sales software is required. Must have the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor while dealing with challenging customer service scenarios. Must have a clean, presentable appearance during work hours. Must be able to spend an eight-hour day in a busy office environment sitting, standing, and walking.
Work Schedules:
Our store is open from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturdays. Customer Service Representatives usually work five 10-hour shifts per week. Employees must be available to work on Saturday.
