We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance/Real Estate Intern - Hybrid to join our Team and assist with various tasks related to Real Estate and Finance projects and initiatives. The intern will play a vital role in supporting and execution of relevant Real Estate and Finance projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while learning how orthotics and prosthetics plays in a major role in our patients lives.

Working alongside the Real Estate and Finance teams at Hanger, Inc, reporting to the Director of Finance in our Hanger Clinic business, you are responsible for supporting a key strategic Real Estate and Finance project The project's focus encompasses establishing data, metrics, trends, documenting business strategies, and creating workflows for Real Estate projects, among other objectives.

Note: This is an internship position with an expected duration of 3 months. Interns will receive mentoring and guidance from experience professional in the field, providing an excellent learning opportunity. This role will follow a full-time hybrid schedule for the duration of the internship.

Your Impact

• Assist in the development and delivery of key Real Estate and Finance reports
• Support administrative tasks as they relate directly to Real Estate and Finance
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant content and resources for reporting needs
• Help create and update presentation materials under the direction of Finance and Real Estate Leadership
• Perform administrative tasks to support reconciliation and special project activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (i.e. health administration, finance, accounting, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
