INVENTORY AUDITOR – Full time

Hank’s Furniture is looking for an Inventory Auditor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Inventory reporting and analysis
  • Coordinating and leading physical inventories
  • General ledger reconciliation of inventory
  • Store and warehouse audit responsibilities
  • Assist Distribution Center with Cycle Counts and other daily task
  • Analysis of Damages and Exchanges
  • Responding to and following up on inquiries made by store personnel
  • Customer Service
  • Assist with store and warehouse operations and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
  • Make inventory adjustments as needed
  • Assist with service billing collection

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Adept in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Email)
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to follow directions closely
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • As with all employees, a drug test and background check required
  • Some travel required
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Considerable physical activity required; may require handling of objects up to 50 lbs
  • High school diploma or GED required
