INVENTORY AUDITOR – Full time
Hank’s Furniture is looking for an Inventory Auditor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Inventory reporting and analysis
- Coordinating and leading physical inventories
- General ledger reconciliation of inventory
- Store and warehouse audit responsibilities
- Assist Distribution Center with Cycle Counts and other daily task
- Analysis of Damages and Exchanges
- Responding to and following up on inquiries made by store personnel
- Customer Service
- Assist with store and warehouse operations and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Make inventory adjustments as needed
- Assist with service billing collection
REQUIREMENTS:
- Adept in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Email)
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to follow directions closely
- Good problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- As with all employees, a drug test and background check required
- Some travel required
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Considerable physical activity required; may require handling of objects up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required
