Job Title: ICU Medical Director

Location: St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates, New York

Duration: Fulltime

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Provide leadership to the ICU team, ensuring a cohesive and efficient operation.
• Patient Care: Ensure quality patient care in the ICU.
• Administrative Duties : Oversee administrative responsibilities, including workflow implementation and quality metrics determination.
• Schedule and Shift Details

Call rotation: 1 week per month ICU, 1 week per month pulmonary consults

Required Skills:

• 1 years of experience in any of the following:
• Critical Care
• Critical Care Unit (CCU)
• Pulmonology
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Valid Medical Doctor (MD) in the state of New York (NY)
• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Any of the following:
• Board Certified
• Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN)
• Board Certified in Pulmonary/Critical Care REQUIRED
• Board Certified in Sleep Medicine PREFERRED
• NY License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
• DEA (or able to obtain prior to start) REQUIRED

Preferred:

• Board Certified in Sleep Medicine
• Education: Doctorate degree
