Role : Clinical Team Manager - Medicare Home Health

Location : Ocala, FL

Minimum Experience : 2 years

Position : Fulltime

Pay : $75k - $85k

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the patient’s clinical interdisciplinary team
• Ensure quality and appropriateness of care and availability of services with appropriate staffing
• Serve as a liaison, effectively problem-solving and following through on patient care issues
• Collaborate with other clinical supervisors and administrative team members to provide appropriate program oversight, supervision, training, and mentoring of clinical personnel
• Have knowledge of business operations and contribute to the overall success of the agency

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing or therapy licensed in the state(s) in which practicing (RN, OT, SLP, or PT required)
• One (1) year experience in home health nursing or therapy, required
• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in their respective clinical field, preferred
• Acceptance of philosophy and goals of Agency
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
• Ability to collaborate with individuals to enlist cooperation of the team to perform/achieve a common goal
