Job DescriptionPosition Summary This position provides critical support services to the various ODGA executive branch agency partners by assisting agency staff in the procurement of goods and services to enable them to meet their operational goals and the ODGA's mission. This position manages the relationships and transactions within the ODGA as it relates to all purchases and receivables. Maintaining records for all vendors, key suppliers, and the negotiated purchasing agreements between the ODGA and any other agency or organization. In addition, this role will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, including contract management, contract negotiation and preparation of purchase orders for the ODGA. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our commitments to customers are met.
