Responsibilities

• Work as a recruiter and account manager
• Source and built a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Build and maintain school district relationships
• Track and record metrics throughout sales process
• Manage a full life circle recruiting desk
• Continue learning and staying on top of the changing market
• Work as a team with the 500 recruiters to source and interview school professionals
• Act as a liaison between the school and candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Must have a sales mentality
• Must be willing to commute to the office until gaining hybrid or remote status
