We're seeking unique individuals for Shipper (full-time/40 hours) and Customer Service Representatives (part-time & full-time/22-40 hours) openings at Hanna’s Herb Shop.

About us:
We are a holistic retail store, selling herbs, homeopathics, and natural remedies to support natural health and wellness. We are a close-knit team of good-hearted folks who work closely together to create and supply therapeutic remedies. Full-time hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm with an hour lunch break and a 15-min break throughout the day. Part-time hours are negotiable Sun-Fri.

About the shipping job:
You would primarily be our Shipper but also willing to fill in wherever needed, especially in Customer Service.

About the CSR job:
You would be the first contact for customers coming into our store and calling us on the phone. You would take orders, answer questions, run the cash register, help with receiving products, and fill in wherever needed.

About you:
You are interested, engaged in, and passionate about natural health and wellness. Perhaps you have a background in natural health, herbalism, or healing modalities. You are focused, grounded, kind, able to go with the flow, and have excellent attention to detail. You ideally have shipping experience, and/or customer service experience, or both. You work well both independently and as part of a team. You are an exquisite communicator and are comfortable using computers, phones, shipping equipment, and interfacing personably with the public.

Pay starts $19-21/hour
