Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Stock Crew Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Stock Crew Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. You will be responsible for assisting with various managerial tasks, overseeing projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide leadership and supervision to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and providing assistance as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
