The Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role ensures the alignment of HR initiatives with the company’s strategic goals, providing leadership and direction in HR policy development, talent acquisition, Team Member relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Director of HR acts as a strategic partner to senior management and supports a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture.

Expected Work Hours:
Standard 40-45 working hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed to meet organizational goals. This position is in an office environment; frequent presence in both locations in Portland, OR is required.
