Job Title: Teacher's Aide for small Child care center. ( 19 children max).

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team and support our educational programs. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for students to learn and grow. As a Teacher's Aide, you will play a crucial role in helping students succeed academically and socially.

Duties:
- Collaborate with teachers to support classroom activities and lesson plans
- Assist in implementing educational and behavioral strategies for students
- Aid in classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment
- Assist in organizing materials and resources for classroom activities
- Supervise students during class time, recess, and other school activities

Skills:
- Experience working with children ages 3 months to 3 years
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents
- Ability to assist in educating students based on the curriculum provided
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with daycare or educational settings
- Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds

A little about us-

My husband and I own and operate a small child care center for ages 6w-3years.

We are looking for someone extremely reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and teachable to work with us caring and loving these children. We offer a special personalized care to each family, and every family and child is valued greatly, and should be treated as such. We need Mon-Thurs, 7:45-5:00pm. We are looking for someone to stay with us long-term, there is room for growth within on salary, vacation benefits etc.
