Duties
- Becomes familiar with the firm's policies and procedures.
- Responsible for scanning, tracking, and filing of administration documents.
- Responsible for running errands, pick-ups, & deliveries as needed.
- Responsible for monitoring the bank deposit bag and making deposits before 2pm if needed.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining coke machines and kitchen supplies.
- Monitor and dispose of shred as needed.
- Prepare and deliver bulk mail to post office and deliver mail to the post office by 3:30pm daily.
- Supply departments with copier paper as needed.
- Replace light bulbs and air conditioner filters as needed.
- Works with confidential client matters; requires ability to keep matters confidential.
- Miscellaneous data entry as needed.
- Ability to administer multiple projects
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Must have reliable transportation
- Minimum GPA requirement is 3.0
