The Director of Compliance will be a senior stakeholder of a $40 billion Asset Management firm headquartered in Chicago.
My client is looking to bring a senior compliance leader into the firm as they continue to expand their business with a particular focus on private markets. The ideal candidate will have experience with Private Funds and/or UCITS at an investment advisor or mutual fund firm with a thorough working knowledge of securities laws and SRO rules and regulations.
This role will report directly into the Chief Compliance Officer and will manage and supervise a small compliance team, supporting the CCO in the development of firm procedures, policies, and guidelines.
The firm is full time in the office 5 days per week and is not open to remote or hybrid candidates. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
