Job Title: Quality Technician - I
Department: Quality Control
Reports to: Director of Quality & Customer Satisfaction
Basic Function: Maintain and manage all QC activities in the Shipping & Receiving Departments.
Corporate Responsibilities:

- Meet established company and departmental goals.
Departmental Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate incoming product inspections
- Manage and coordinate final inspections (dock audits) including reporting of noncompliance issues
- Support all departments with quality related tasks
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Initiate, document and communicate nonconforming issues under your primary role
- Lead a cross functional team when nonconforming issues arise
- Become cross-trained in all aspects of the department
- Maintain departmental documents

Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years' work experience in the quality field or work-related experience.
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Customer service oriented (both internal and external)
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English
- Must have strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
