Responsibilities
- Perform all related accounting functions required to maintain the general ledger in compliance with US GAAP and company policy and procedures.
- Assist month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial reports, statements, and analyses as needed.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual filings for compliance with state government reporting requirements.
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Provide support to assigned subsidiaries operation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the manager and director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Thorough knowledge of US GAPP and IFRS.
- Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and committed to a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP Preferred.
- English/Korean Bilingual Preferred.
