Job Summary
The Operations Specialist/Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of Hapana. This role involves strategic planning, managing resources, optimising processes, and ensuring operational excellence to achieve business objectives. The Operations Specialist/Manager identifies areas for improvement, and implements initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a keen focus on quality and continuous improvement.
