Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Manage and motivate staff to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Recruit, interview, and train new employees
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize stock loss
- Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in math for inventory management and sales analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interviewing and managing staff
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Previous experience in recruiting and training employees
- Knowledge of retail stock procedures and best practices
