Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Technician to join our team. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and diagnose issues with RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components in a timely fashion
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components as approved by warranty or paying customer
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as roof inspections, appliance services, wheel bearing packs
- Install and repair RV accessories and appliances
- Test and troubleshoot RV systems to ensure proper functionality
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an RV Technician or in a related field (auto mechanic, diesel technician, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of RV systems and components
- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to perform Jobs with a minimum efficiency of 60%

- Knowledge of RV appliances
- Knowledge of 110volt and 12volt appliances
- Welding
- Knowledge of rv suspension, brakes (Towable only)
- Soldering
- Hand tool usage
- Assembly of components
