Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Visit new stores for new clients and maintain the company’s existing client relationship.
Order deliveries for your team or your own clients;
Evaluate clients’ needs and build long-lasting client relationships;
Be available for on-call assignments from clients and team members;
Travel throughout the territory and visit clients on a recurring basis;
Manage your client database within your assigned territory;
Document, report, and provide feedback to management for client interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners.
Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region;
Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the sales programs and update the managers with program status through regular meetings or write-up in a timely manner;
Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and client satisfaction;
Represent the brand during all client and prospect interactions;
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions;
First 1-2 weeks will be doing training in the warehouse, such as learning about all the different products, reading the labels, pricing, and systems, etc;
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
1 years of relevant business sales experience ;
Deep understanding and passion for e-commerce is required ;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
