Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit new stores for new clients and maintain the company’s existing client relationship.

• Order deliveries for your team or your own clients;

• Evaluate clients’ needs and build long-lasting client relationships;

• Be available for on-call assignments from clients and team members;

• Travel throughout the territory and visit clients on a recurring basis;

• Manage your client database within your assigned territory;

• Document, report, and provide feedback to management for client interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners.

• Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region;

• Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the sales programs and update the managers with program status through regular meetings or write-up in a timely manner;

• Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and client satisfaction;

• Represent the brand during all client and prospect interactions;

• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions;

• First 1-2 weeks will be doing training in the warehouse, such as learning about all the different products, reading the labels, pricing, and systems, etc;

• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1 years of relevant business sales experience ;

• Deep understanding and passion for e-commerce is required ;

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
