Happy Green's Nursery is a small business in Pāhoa, HI. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to Provide local access to vegetables and strong garden starts, and develop work opportunities for humans. Safe rooms available in Pahoa Town starting at $525, work next door, walk to store and bus.
The job will be to sell at the farm stand and sell plants. As the business grows we will sell local fruit and vegetables, and have other vendors. Drafters, creators, and people with their own items to vend are encouraged to apply. This is a start up business, and though the concept has proven success, it is still growing, so sales will reflect that. .

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable food and sales, providing exceptional service to customers in a casual Hawaii Farm Stand environment.
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Demonstrate product features and functionalities to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
**Experience:**
- Experience in wireless sales, retail math, and electronics sales preferred
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and technology sales
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
