We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team and provide nurturing care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, creating a safe and stimulating environment, and fostering their growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare setting.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn, play, and grow.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among children.
- Monitor children's well-being and ensure their health and safety at all times.
- Collaborate with parents to understand each child's individual needs and communicate their progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
- Engage children in educational play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and other activities to enhance their learning experience.
- Foster social skills by encouraging interaction, cooperation, and conflict resolution among children.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques, early childhood development principles, and educational best practices.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or children with special needs.
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is desirable.
