Responsibilities:
Supervises other cleaning technicians on initial and one-time cleanings; trains new cleaning technicians on new and recurring cleanings, as well as provides additional training to current cleaning technicians on an as needed basis.

The Supervisor is in charge of ensuring that their own cleaning, as well as other technicians are meeting expectations and are working efficiently and effectively by following HHCChi techniques and policies. The Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing and maintaining the inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:
-Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
-Have reliable transportation available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
-Must be an effective communicator, orally and written
-Demonstrates strong leadership abilities
-Ability to train staff on company policies, as well as on their job responsibilities
-Ability to be collaborative and motivate staff to provide quality service
-Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Demonstrates strong time and priority management skills
-Ability to be proactive and results oriented in fast-paced environment
-Must have excellent attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-through
-Ability to be flexible and concisely follow management direction
-Ability to identify hazards and report to management
-Desire to play a key role in early-stage startup company
-Willing to take public transportation as needed
-Willing to take a background check
