Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Use your communication skills to provide top-notch service via phone, video calls, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Help customers with a wide range of inquiries, from navigating websites to arranging travel or emergency services.
  • Participate in Training: Engage in comprehensive online training and certification courses to continuously improve your skills and service delivery.
  • Maintain Professionalism: Ensure a high level of professionalism in all interactions, adhering to company standards.
  • Be Accountable: Commit to working the agreed-upon hours, maintaining reliability, and striving for high customer satisfaction ratings.

Minimum Requirements

  • Age: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Residency: Must reside in the U.S. (Please note: this position is not available to residents of Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Washington, DC, and Wisconsin).
  • Background Check: Willingness to undergo a standard background check, drug test, and technology assessment.
  • Equipment: Must have a dedicated workspace with the following tech requirements:
    • Computer: Desktop or laptop with a dual-core 2.8 GHz or better (Intel i5/i7 or AMD equivalent).
    • Internet: Reliable high-speed wired connection (minimum 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload).
    • Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit).
    • Accessories: Wired headset and Ethernet cable.

Technical Requirements

  • Processor: Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen equivalent.
  • Storage: 60 GB total space with 20 GB available.
  • Internet: Wired connection with 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speed.
  • Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) required.
