We are in search of a highly autonomous Account Manager with a strong personality to join our team at a company offering healthcare solutions in the United States. The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate with strong leadership skills and fluency in English. One of the main responsibilities will be to oversee activities related to each client's processes to ensure the best quality service delivery. In addition, you will be expected to identify new business opportunities and provide structure to projects to ensure their success.

Responsabilidades

Oversee the activities of those involved in each client's processes to ensure the best quality in the delivery of healthcare services.

Develop strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.

Identify new business opportunities within the US healthcare market and work to convert them into real opportunities.

Lead and provide structure to projects, defining clear objectives, timelines and resources necessary to achieve project success.

Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, marketing, human resources, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client activity, communications and projects in the company's management system.

Requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field.

Previous experience in account management or similar roles in the healthcare industry, preferably in the US market.

Strong leadership skills and ability to make difficult decisions autonomously.

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into tangible results.

Results-oriented, with a focus on customer service excellence and continuous improvement.

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
