Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Educate children in various subjects, with a focus on foundational skills in Math and literacy.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to address challenges and promote positive behavior among students.
- Provide care and supervision for preschool-aged children, including toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration, and a love for learning through hands-on activities, including Montessori methods when applicable.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns that may arise.
Skills
- Strong lesson planning skills with the ability to create engaging educational experiences.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience working with children in preschool settings or similar environments.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning space.
- Ability to implement effective behavior management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Familiarity with Montessori educational philosophy is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
