Happy Tuna Grand Central is Hiring a Pastry Cook Near New York, NY
Happy Tuna is looking for a FULL TIME Pastry Cook & Bakers for our up and coming inaugural dine - in location at 380 Lexington Avenue.
Our brand new dining room features a fast casual dine-in atmosphere in combination with a full scale patisserie and bakery which will run all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Qualification/Requirements – Pastry Cook/Bakers:
- 1 year of Pastry kitchen/bakery experience but newcomers are welcomed to apply
- A passion and excellent knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture
- Japanese dessert experience a plus
- Comfort in a high-volume/fast-paced environment with good communication skills
