We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Concierge Manager. As a Travel Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, offering expert advice, and ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and unforgettable.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Provide personalized recommendations and create customized itineraries based on clients' preferences, budgets, and interests.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to secure the best deals and exclusive perks for clients.
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat.
- Stay updated on trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
