Responsibilities:

• Assist with laboratory experiments to support preclinical drug discovery projects under the guidance of senior scientists.
• Perform routine laboratory tasks including cell culture maintenance, reagent preparation, and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct basic cellular and molecular biology assays such as cell viability assays, ELISA, and PCR.
• Learn and apply various laboratory techniques and protocols to support project objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results in laboratory notebooks.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot experiments and optimize protocols as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to scientific discussions and project updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or a related field.
• Previous laboratory experience through coursework, internships, or research projects is preferred.
• Basic understanding of molecular biology and cellular biology principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow laboratory protocols and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn from and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for scientific research and drug discovery with a desire to contribute to meaningful projects.
