Job Title: Bookkeeper

Overview:
Join our team at Harbin Pharmacy, an independent retail pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional service to our community. We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Utilize financial software such as Quicken and Sage for bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain records of financial transactions and update financial statements
- Assist in preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Follow generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to maintain compliance
- Conduct 10-key typing for efficient data entry
- Support the team in various accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quicken and Sage
- Knowledge of account reconciliation procedures
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
