The primary responsibility of the Financial Analyst is to prepare, analyze and review financial statements using accounting principles.

• Prepare of financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements and other documents that project the organization’s financial position
• Support quarterly and annual internal and external audits.
• Analysis of intercompany accounts and understanding how the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and statement of cash flows are interconnected.
• Understand and prepare complex journal entries for multiple entities (payroll, benefits accruals, IBNR, etc.)
• Responsible for monthly closing procedures
• Researching complex accounting topics and knowledgeable of ASC topics
• Analyzing, reconciling, and owning of balance sheet accounts with the ability to support ending balances, including explanations of aging and write-offs.
• Lead/support initiatives projects for group as needed, including key projects within Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with global reporting and communication requirements.

Required Experience:

• B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• The Senior Accountant requires six (6) years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in public accounting a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle Cloud and/or SAP
• Requires strong tactical thinking and business problem solving skills
• Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to assemble and quickly analyze data
• Requires excellent organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail
